the General Objective of the Mission Consists in Developing a Manual of Operational Procedures for the Operating of Mutual Guarantee Companies (scm) Adapted to the Local Context;to Support the Project Coordination Team in the Effective Implementation of the Three Scm Pilots in Intervention Areas and to Train Governance Bodies and Scm Technical Teams for Efficient, Transparent and Sustainable Management.the Estimated Period of the Mission is 90 Days.
