Tenders are invited for soft drinks
The shopping community IFIRS offers soft drinks, including beer and cider, on behalf of IFIRS member schools, a total of 34. The framework agreement is expected to take effect on 01.04.2026 and run until 31.03.2028, after which the contracting entity can extend the framework agreement for 2 x 12 months. The maximum maturity of the framework agreement is thus 4 years. For sub-agreement 2, the framework agreement can be extended by agreement with the contract holder, cf. §3 of the agreement-the period of the agreement. The total purchase volume is expected for a 4-year period to amount to a total of DKK 37,200,000. Of this, for sub -agreement is expected DKK 1 34,200,000 and for sub -agreement 2 DKK 3,000,000. Distribution of the expected purchase quantity on the sub -agreements can be displaced. The expected revenue on the framework agreement is calculated on the basis of previous activity/consumption and expected activity/consumption changes with the assumptions known at the time of tendering. Thus, the expected revenue is not binding on the contracting entity. The same applies to quantities specified in the tender list. After the tender deadline, the tenderer will be sent a list of which products must be tasted and thus must be submitted to samples. For more detailed description of the products and product groups offered, including the requirements the products must meet, refer to Appendix 3 - the tender list and Appendix 5 - requirements specification and any corrections and answering questions. 2 - Draft Agreement and Appendix 4 - Delivery addresses and equipment. The framework agreement and Appendix 5 - requirements specification determine the obligations and rights that will apply between the parties in connection with the fulfillment of the framework agreement.
