Diazepam Tablets BP 5mg. Each tablet to contain 5mg of Deazepam BP. -Or- Diazepam Tablets USP 5mg. Each tablet to contain 5mg of Deazepam USP. Note: 1. Tablet should be pale yellow in colour and should be scored on one side. 2 Pack should be wide mouth HDPE jar fittered with screw cap closure 10x10x10's blisters or any other alternative acceptable packs. 3. Product should be store in air tight container and should labelled accordingly.
