Pre-Qualification of Pre-contract quantity surveying services for new hostel & admin building, running track and the grandstand at isa sport city
The project consists of a hostel & admin building (built up area 4600m2 ) + 400m running track with services + grandstand (built up area 600m2) + external works., the eight (8) lanes 400mm running track with elevated portions the requirement for the running track should be of category iv requirement as mentioned in the iaaf track and field facilities manual 2019. the site is located at isa sport city, isa town
