Quotation : guarding of the building seat and residences of the manager of the caisse des depots et consignations (cdec)
The Director General is launching, on behalf of the Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations (CDEC), a consultation relating to the recruitment of a security company for the security of the CDEC headquarters building, located in Bastos, Rue MBALLA ELOUMDEN, the residences of the Chairman of the Board of Directors (PCA), the Director General (DG) and the Deputy Director General (DGA).
2. Consistency of the New Services (Addendum)
The services covered by this consultation relate to the 24/7 security of the CDEC headquarters building, located in Bastos, Rue MBALLA ELOUMDEN, the residences of the Chairman of the Board of Directors (PCA), the Director General (DG) and the Deputy Director General (DGA).
3. Forecast Cost New (Addendum)
The estimated cost of the operation following preliminary studies is 30,000,000 (thirty million) FCFA.
4. New Allocation (Addendum)
The services covered by this consultation are grouped into a single lot.
5.Participation and origin New (Addendum)
This consultation is open to all security companies holding an approval issued by the President of the Republic or a receipt for submission of an application for approval, established in Cameroon and demonstrating skills in the field of security and guarding.

Submission method
The submission method chosen for this consultation is online and offline.
However, the bidder cannot use both online and offline modes.
7. Consultation of the New File (Addendum)
The file can be consulted during business hours at the Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations (Service des Marchés), located on the 5th floor of the CDEC headquarters building.
It can also be consulted online on the COLEPS platform at the addresses http://www.marchespublics.cm and http://www.publiccontracts.cm; on the CDEC website (www.CDEC.cm) or on the CDEC website (www.CDEC.cm).
8. Acquisition of the New File (Addendum)
This Call for Tenders Document may be obtained on the 5th floor of the CDEC headquarters building, upon publication of this Notice against presentation of the receipt for payment of a non-refundable sum of 50,000 FCFA (fifty thousand CFA francs) payable into CAS-ARMP account No. 33598860001/94 opened at BICEC.
It is also possible to obtain the electronic version of the DAO by free download at the addresses indicated above. However, submission by physical or electronic means is conditional upon payment of the DAO purchase fee.
9. Submission of New Offers (Addendum)
For offline submission, each offer, written in French or English in seven (07) copies including one (01) original and six (06) copies marked as such, must reach the Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations (Markets Department), located on the 5th floor of the CDEC headquarters building, no later than October 20, 2025 at 2 p.m., local time, in a sealed envelope and must bear the following mention: OPEN
