Establishment of 1 unit greenhouse with aquaponics at brgy. poblacion, kabacan, cotabato province abc: p1,800,000.00 civil works: - establishment of greenhouse * length= 13.5m * width= 14.2m * height= 6.0m from gl to apex - g.i steel body frames, uv sheets, 24 & 50 meshes insect meshnet, straw net 70% interior shading - 400mm mist fan industrial type exhaust ventilation, interior air circulating ventilation - equipped with water chiller and condenser for better water cooling of the system recirculating aquaculture system, deep water culture hydroponic techniques and overhead irrigation system - automatic filtration system for ras - primary filtration tank - secondary filtration tank - bio filtration tank - 500l degasser tank - concrete beds for deep water culture hydroponic system transfer of technology: provision of training for one cropping demonstration - project duration: 88 calendar days - project location: university of southern mindanao usm brgy. poblacion, kabacan, cotabato province - cost of bidding documents: p5,000.00 1. during buying of bidding document: must submit letter of intent loi and present the following eligibility document: a. certificate of registration from philgeps platinum membership b. registration certificate from sec/dti/cda c. mayor/business permit d. tax clearance e. pcab license 2. in case of representative: must submit a copy of board resolution or secretarys certificate/special power of attorney whichever is applicable coupled with specimen signature.
