Request for Proposal Co Manila Security/receptionist Services
A. Introduction ILO CO Manila office located at 19th Floor Yuchengco Tower RCBC Plaza, Ayala Ave., Makati City will assign, post or detail three (3) Security Services who shall be duly licensed and uniform at strategic posts indicated below: B. Background a) The information in this Scope of Work (SOW) describes the objectives and requirements the ILO has in seeking a UPSS provider to provide general security guard services at ILO Office in Manila. b) ILO is a specialized agency of the United Nations who is acting on behalf of the UNSMS organization occupying an office premises at RCBC Plaza, Makati City. ILO requires security management and guard services for the post, days, and hours shown in this document. The guard force is a key element the UNSMS security program. Basic example for this is our commitment to providing a safe and secure working environment for our employees, UNSMS providers and visitors. c) Such guards shall perform their assigned task and duties as per staffing scheduled which is prepared one (1) month head by their duty officer. Maximum of twelve (12) hours a day/guard including SUNDAY’S. d) In no case shall the security guards be allowed to render straight overtime duty for more that twelve hours, except during the occurrence of FORCE MAJEURE OR FORTUITUOUS EVENT such as, but not limited to earthquake, flood, typhoon or transport strike.
