The subject of the order is the delivery, installation and commissioning of defibrillators, an operating table, anesthesia machines along with cardiomonitors and vital signs monitors, as well as diathermy for the needs of the Operating Block of the Primary School of Public Health and Human Services in Nowa Sól. 2. The Ordering Party divided this subject of the order into 4 parts. Package 1 - Defibrillators - 2 pcs. Package 2 - Operating table - 1 pc. Package 3 - Anesthesia machines with cardiomonitors and vital signs monitors - 4 pcs. Package 4 - Diathermy - 4 pcs. 3. The description of the subject of the order is specified in detail in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ.
