Tenders Are Invited for Tongzhou District Public Security Bureau Chengzhong Police Station, Chengbei Police Station and Urban Traffic Police Squadron Comprehensive Business Housing Construction Project
Scope of Bidding:
Including but not limited to: ? Supervision of the entire construction process of new construction projects, including pile foundation, civil engineering, installation, decoration, power supply and distribution, elevator procurement and installation, outdoor supporting facilities, and the defect liability period of the project; ? Supervision of other supporting projects related to the project (including procurement of materials and equipment, etc.); ? Control of the four major aspects of quality, progress, investment, and safety of the project, as well as contract management, information management, safe production management, and civilized construction management; ? Cooperation and coordination from the early stage of the project to the warranty period after the supervision is awarded .
