Tenders Are Invited for car parking system
The RIA (The Procuring Entity) is engaged in the management of the Roberts International airports within the Republic of Liberia and as part of this endeavor, the Procuring Entity has decided to decongest the car traffic within and around the Roberts International Airport vicinity by creating parking space capacity through the construction of a modern car parking system using its internal revenue as approved by its Board. RIA invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified firms for the construction of a modern car parking system utilizing the International Competitive Bidding (ICB) method as prescribed in the Amended and Restated Public Procurement and Concessions Act of 2010 to select the most qualified and capable firm to execute the abovementioned construction project. The selected Bidder / Preferred Bidder, who is either a registered company incorporated under the laws of Liberia or undertakes to incorporate as such prior to execution of the contract, shall be responsible for the construction of a modern toll car parking system at the Roberts International Airport (RIA) located in lower Margibi County, Liberia. The LAA now invites eligible and qualified firms to submit their bids based on the eligibility and qualification requirements of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) and Bidding Document for this contract.
