Invitation to bid the barangay of adaoay, through the annual budget intends to apply the amount to the corresponding project enumerated below with its own identification number and other details being the abc to payments under the contract for the project. bids received in excess of the abc shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. project identification no. : infra aug 2025-076 name of contract : construction of sadol-baeng vegetable drying shed location : adaoay, kabayan, benguet brief description : 1 unit vegetable drying shed min. required equipment : welding machine, generator set, pipe cutter, bar cutter, bar bender, one bagger concrete mixer, concrete vibrator, water truck/pump 1000 gal, minor tools, dump truck min. key personnel : 1 civil engineer with at least three years of relevant experience, 1 foreman with at least one year of relevant experience, 1 part time safety officer with at least one year of relevant experience contract duration : 24 cd abc source of fund : php 200,000.00 20% bdf cy 2025 the barangay of adaoay & municipality of kabayan now invites bids for the above procurement project. completion of the works is required as indicated above referred to as contract duration. bidders should have completed a contract similar to the project. the description of an eligible bidder is contained in the bidding documents, particularly, in section ii instructions to bidders. bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the 2016 revised implementing rules and regulations irr of republic act ra no. 9184. interested bidders may obtain further information from municipality of kabayan and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. a complete set of bidding documents may be acquired by interested bidders on august 29, 2025 at the bac office, municipal building, poblacion, kabayan upon payment of the applicable fee for the bidding documents see table on the below. the procuring entity shall allow the bidder to present its proof of payment for the fees in person. approved budget in peso cost up to 100,000.00 500.00 above 100,000.00 - 250,000.00 750.00 above 250,000.00 - 500,000.00 1,000.00 above 500,000.00 - 1,000,000.00 1,500.00 above 1,000,000-5,000,000.00 2,500.00 the municipality of kabayan will not hold a pre-bid conference . bids must be duly received by the bac secretariat through manual submission at the office address as indicated below on or before september 17, 2025, 9:45 am. late bids shall not be accepted. all bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in itb clause 16. bid opening shall be on september 17, 2025, 10:00 am at the 2/f conference hall, municipal building, poblacion, kabayan, benguet. bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders representatives who choose to attend the activity. the municipality of kabayan reserves the right to reject any and all bids, declare a failure of bidding, or not award the contract at any time prior to contract award in accordance with sections 35.6 and 41 of the 2016 revised implementing rules and regulations irr of ra no. 9184, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders. for further information, please refer to: denler paul m. francisco, cpa municipal budget officer/bac chairperson municipal building, poblacion, kabayan, benguet backabayan@gmail.com/09687716523/09565922164
