Tenders Are Invited for Rugao East Street and Other Historical and Cultural Blocks Protection and Improvement Projects
Scope of Bidding: The project construction plan must primarily encompass six key areas: the preservation, restoration, and revitalization of historical and traditional buildings; the preservation, restoration, and enhancement of historical features; the construction and enhancement of public cultural facilities; public space environmental improvements; the enhancement of municipal infrastructure and disaster prevention facilities; and the construction of dynamic monitoring, intelligent management, and digital display and utilization facilities . The plan must also comply with national policies and requirements for the preservation and inheritance of historical and cultural heritage. Furthermore, a project proposal and feasibility study report must be prepared in accordance with the National Development and Reform Commission's "General Outline for the Preparation of Feasibility Studies for Government-Invested Projects" (2023 Edition) and relevant national, provincial, and municipal regulations. This plan must briefly outline the background and necessity of the project proposal, analyze the project needs and output plan, analyze the investment necessity and expected economic benefits, and the technical feasibility of implementation. A project operation plan, investment and financing plan, and risk management plan must be proposed, along with research conclusions and recommendations. Following successful application, construction drawing design for each project will be carried out in accordance with the plan, providing detailed guidance for construction. Design reviews will be conducted to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and safety requirements. Construction will be participated in to resolve design issues encountered during construction. Finally, final acceptance will be completed to ensure project quality.
