Tenders Are Invited for Recruitment of a Consultant Responsible for Preparing the Project Completion Report (pcr)
The Government of the Republic of Senegal, represented by the Ministry of Environment and Ecological Transition (METE) through the Ecological Monitoring Center (CSE), has received a grant from the African Development Bank Group (AfDB) through the African Climate Change Fund (ACCF) in the amount of US$525,000 to cover the cost of implementing the South-South cooperation program to promote direct access to climate finance and wishes to use part of the funds granted under this grant to finance the contract of an individual consultant to prepare a Project Completion Report (PCR) for the project. 2. The overall objective of this mission is to assess the project's results against expectations and to draw lessons that can both improve the sustainability of the benefits achieved and contribute to the overall improvement of ACCF programming in the future. The PCR serves as a basis for comparing the expected state of the project at the time of
evaluation and its actual state at the time of completion. It is a key document that records how the project was implemented, enabling the post-evaluation team to draw lessons relevant to the AfDB/ACCF and its beneficiary(ies) to improve project design and performance. The evaluation will cover the entire duration of the project, from March 2021 to March 31, 2026, and will focus on the relevance, efficiency, effectiveness, and sustainability of the operational activities and results achieved by the project to date, demonstrating how the processes and results of the component(s) have contributed (or can contribute) to the
