Tenders Are Invited for Recruitment of Consultant Responsible for the Accounting, Financial and Acquisition Audit of Pravost for the Financial Years 2025, 2026 and Closing Audit
the Services Provided Under This Contract Consist of Carrying Out a Performance Audit of the Executing Agency in Terms of Financial Management of Resources Allocated By the Bank and Counterpart Funds and Also in Terms of Project Procurement for the Periods 2025, 2026 and Closing Audit By Examining:
all Funds, Including Counterpart Funds and Other External Funds (in Case of Co-financing) Have Been Used in Accordance with the Terms of the Grant and Loan Agreement(s), with Particular Attention to Economy and Efficiency and Only for the Purposes for Which They Were Provided;
the Acquisitions of Financed Goods, Works and Services Were Carried Out in Accordance with the Provisions of the Financing Agreement and Were Correctly Recorded in the Accounting Records;
all Appropriate Supporting Documents, Documents and Accounting Records Relating to Project Or Program Activities Are Maintained;
disbursements of Funds Were Made on the Basis of the Disbursement Manual and in Accordance with the Conditions of the Grant Or Loan Agreements;
the Special Accounts Are Maintained in Accordance with the Provisions of the Grant Agreement and the Banks Disbursement Rules and Procedures;
payments Made Using Project Or Program Resources Correspond to Project Or Program Activities as Reported in the Project Or Program Progress Report;
the Financial Statements Have Been Prepared By the Project Or Program Managers in Accordance with the Applicable Accounting Framework;
no Ineligible Expenditure Was Noted During the Mission.
