Expression of Interest:Tajikistan’s export sector remains highly concentrated in a few commodity-based products and markets, making it vulnerable to external shocks and price volatility. small and medium-sized exporters (smes) face persistent barriers in accessing trade finance and credit insurance due to perceived risks, limited collateral, and underdeveloped risk-sharing mechanisms.
The consultant will undertake, but not be limited to, the following tasks: task 1: diagnostic assessment task 2: benchmarking international best practices task 3: design of the credit insurance and guarantee mechanism task 4: legal, regulatory, and institutional requirements task 5: implementation roadmap and capacity development plan
