the Government of the Democratic Republic of Congo (hereinafter Referred to as “the Beneficiary”) Has Received a Donation From the African Development Fund (adf) Hereinafter Referred to as the Bank to Finance the Project to Support the Development of the Financial Sector and Financial Inclusion in the Drc (padsfi) (“the Client”), and Intends to Use Part of This Donation to Make Payments Under the Contract For: Turnkey Software Solution Centralization of Payment Incidents (cip), Including Training and Awareness of Use.
