Expression of Interest:Support the piu in preparing and maintaining project accounts, particularly ensuring accurate and timely recording of direct payments in the 1c accounting system. ensure project financial statements are generated from the system in compliance with adb reporting requirements.
Prepare a draft project financial management manual for submission to adb within 2 months of joining. accurate recording of amounts and automated generation of management accounting transactions for each contract under the loan, ensuring effective monitoring of budget allocation and execution across all contracts, organized by subcomponent and currency. maintain project accounts and prepare project financial statements in accordance with the requirements of uzbekistan government and adb, and ensure compliance with mef standards and applicable international accounting standards. assist in the preparation of financial and operational plans. support in establishing and maintaining e-contract system, https://contract.customs.uz open and maintain special and other project accounts, supervise timely and duly reconciliation of the accounting, bank, and other records (financial obligations, performance of contractual obligations, etc.) with project counterparts. manage (verify, review, approve, etc.) of withdrawal applications (via cpd) prior to submission adb. conduct monitoring and reporting to ensure regular and timely submission of project quarterly financial reports and other relevant reports to mof, mhcs, tax authorities etc. control timely preparation of reconciliation statements for all bank accounts of the project and ensure timely preparation and submission of necessary documents, reports and etc. required for stable flow of project funds.
