1. design of the plasma fractionation process for the production of albumin, immunoglobulins, coagulation factors (factor VIII and factor IX) based on the suppliers know-how technology 2. design and construction of a facility for that process 3. transfer of know-how technology and knowledge 4. obtaining all permits for placing the produced medicines on the market 5. starting production a detailed description is in the document "description of the procurement subject ev 117_2025"
