Request for Proposal for festival photography and videography services for light to night singapore 2026 for national gallery singapore
The Gallery is seeking to appoint a qualified Photography and Videography Services Vendor to
create exciting and dynamic festival photos and videos for Light to Night Singapore 2026. The
Gallery invites proposal submissions from photography and videography companies with
experience in producing photos and videos for similar arts and heritage events or festivals.
1.2 The Gallery organises the Light to Night Singapore, an annual civic district-wide visual art
festival, one of the marquee events of the Singapore Art Week and a highlight on Singapore’s
cultural calendar. It aims to inspire audiences to forge deeper connections with art through
engaging and innovative line-up of hybrid programmes and artistic interventions. It is
presented in collaboration with five key cultural institutions within the Civic District: Asian
Civilisations Museum, The Arts House, Victoria Theatre & Victoria Concert Hall and Esplanade–
Theatres on the Bay.
