Expression of Interest:the Asian Development Bank Provided a Loan to the Government of the Lao Pdr for Domestic Resource Mobilization Modernization (drmm) Project, Referred to as the Project, to Strengthen Its Capacity to Address Macroeconomic Vulnerabilities By (i) Modernizing Taxpayers’ Services Through Digital Transformation; (ii) Developing Computerized Accounting and Electronic Invoicing (e-invoicing) Systems; (iii) Enhancing Data Analytics; and (iv) Establishing the Tax Academy. the Primary Objective of the Procurement Specialist is to Ensure Effective and Compliant Management of All Procurement Activities Within the Development Project. the Specialist Will Play a Crucial Role in Overseeing the Procurement Processes, with Focus on Contract Packages Funded By the Adb Loan. Suitably Qualified National Procurement Specialist with 10 Years’ Experience in Lao Pdr Will Be Engaged to Support Mof/td in All Aspects of the Procurement Process. the Procurement Specialist Will Have Significant Experience Working on Adb Assisted Projects in Lao Pdr as the Procurement Specialist and Also Experience Working with Other International Organizations. the Specialist Will Be Fully Conversant with the National Standard Operating Procedures, Financial Management Procedures and Procurement Guidelines of Lao, Pdr consulting Services Budget:consulting Services Budget usd 47,000
