the Services Planned Under This Contract Include Strengthening the Resilience of Urban Roads in Djibouti Through Awareness-raising, Capacity Building and the Establishment of a Sustainable Inter-institutional Coordination Framework. the Mission is Structured Around 3 Specific Objectives Such As:
raise Awareness and Mobilize Key Public Institutions to the Challenges of Resilience of Urban Roads in the Face of Climate Change.
strengthen the Capacities of Institutional and Technical Actors Involved in Road Management in Order to Promote Sustainable and Resilient Urban Infrastructure.
organize National Conferences Bringing Together All Stakeholders to Debate, Define Practical Commitments and Formalize a Coordination Framework for Road Resilience.
