Tenders are invited for concession for the design, construction, financing, operation, and maintenance of a primary school on Vietnamese Street
The school area on Vietnamese Street has long been a dilapidated space that has high potential to serve educational and civic functions for the residents of the Trnávka area. The main intention of the public procurer is to use this area primarily for educational activities (both considering its historical use, the local needs of the community, and taking into account the fact that it is one of the few similar areas designated for this purpose that are available in the city); secondarily for the purposes of basic civic amenities for the surrounding residents.
