Tenders are invited for: N01.12 mp-190067 - bsa signal ref. surv. bardonnex-coppet - lot 183 - renovation of ge ls-s (id 11654) Lot 183 aims to meet the need for the sanitation of the dynamic road signaling automata of routes n01 and n01e of the Geneva bypass. It specifically concerns the renovation of the ls-s level (api and local ihm parts) of the four bsa sections of the Geneva bypass: * plan-les-ouates (splo); * confignon (scfg); * vernier (svrn); * airport (saer). The technical interfaces of lot 183 are to be established with the installations currently in operation initially and then with the new signaling that will be deployed later. The summary of the work for lot 183 necessary for the implementation of the new ls-s includes: * the drafting of rph and daw files; * the reverse engineering of the control command of the existing signaling installations of the four concerned bsa sections: splo, scfg, svrn, and saer; * the supply and installation of the ls-s for the four concerned bsa sections; * the supply of power cabinets for the ls-s; * the electrical connections of the cabinets; * the developments of the ls-s for the four concerned bsa sections; * control command of the existing signaling with the new ls-s; * the qualification of the software (monitoring of requirements, conducting platform and site tests); * the deployment and commissioning of the ls-s on site in several stages; * the execution of work in technical premises (about 10 technical buildings); * migration of the control command of the renewed signaling with the new ls-s; * the establishment and arrangement of the pto (local site arranged for conducting tests, acceptance, and commissioning); * the dismantling of elements rendered obsolete at the end of the project. The commissioning takes place in several stages. Each section is migrated successively, and each step requires night interventions under total or partial closure. The work takes place on a major high-traffic road infrastructure (over 80,000 vehicles/day) connected to the European motorway network and serving the Geneva agglomeration as well as sites of national importance.
