Invitation to Bid Vocational training in Ukraine
The International Labour Office (hereinafter referred to as “the ILO”) is pleased to invite your company to submit a bid for the supply of items for vocational training in Ukraine, in accordance with the requirements and specifications detailed in the present Invitation to Bid (ITB), for the following lots: • LOT 1A - Kitchen Training Equipment - Mykolaiv • LOT 1B - Kitchen training equipment – Odesa • LOT 2 - Beauty Training Equipment – Odesa • LOT 3 - Barista Training Equipment – Odesa • LOT 4 - Machinery Repair Training Equipment – Mykolaiv • LOT 5 - Cashier Training Equipment – Odesa ? Bidders are required to submit offers for all items included in each LOT listed in the Annexes. The ILO will evaluate and award contracts on a per-LOT basis. Incomplete LOT submissions will not be considered; therefore, bidders must offer all items included under each LOT for which they submit a bid. However, submission of offers for all LOTs is not mandatory. ? While awards will be made by LOT, the ILO encourages bidders to submit offers for all LOTs. ? Each LOT corresponds to items intended for a specific type of vocational training. However, under this ITB, only the supply, delivery, and associated requirements (such as warranty) of the items are required. No training services are included or required under this ITB. ? Bidder are required to offer the delivery of goods to the final destination under DPU (Delivered at Place Unloaded) Incoterms 2020, including all freight and handling costs.
