Tenders are invited for construction of a regional school Cakovec
The project represents an infrastructural investment in the construction and equipping of a new primary school "North" in Cakovec. The project task foresees the construction and equipping of a new primary school for 448 students, with 16 classrooms with a maximum of 28 students per class. The project also includes the construction of a single-part and small school sports hall, which is required for a school with 16 classes according to regulations. The school has a regular cuboid shape, consisting of a cube for classrooms and a cube for the school hall. The two buildings are connected on the ground floor by an internal hall space and an external covered porch. The external area consists of a large porch around the entire school and two courtyards for outdoor classes. The school has three floors (ground + 2), while the school hall has two floors (ground + 1). The goal of the project is to ensure sufficient infrastructural and material capacities for the transition of the I and III Elementary School Cakovec to operate in one shift and to implement all-day schooling. The infrastructural investment in the construction and equipping of the new primary school "North" will enable equal access and quality of education for all students and ensure better conditions for learning and teaching.
