Tenders are invited for material for existing ECG monitors and defibrillators as well as other accessories for monitoring heart functions for healthcare institutions in the Republic of Croatia
The Clinical Hospital Center Split is conducting a procedure for occasional joint public procurement under Articles 189 and 190, paragraph 2 of the Public Procurement Act 2016, with the aim of concluding a framework agreement with one economic entity for healthcare institutions in the Republic of Croatia. The subject of the framework agreement is to establish the conditions for concluding individual contracts for the public procurement of materials for existing ECG monitors and defibrillators, as well as other equipment for monitoring cardiac functions for healthcare institutions in the Republic of Croatia between suppliers and healthcare institutions/users. The contracting authority will, after the selection decisions become final, conclude framework agreements with the selected bidders based on which individual contracts/orders will be made. Based on Article 307, paragraph 4, and Article 312, paragraph 5 of the law, the deadline for concluding the framework agreement is calculated from the day of obtaining the consent of the Management Board of KBC Split and the competent ministry. The framework agreement is concluded for a period of two (2) years from the date of signing, and during this period, the conclusion of individual (user) contracts for public procurement is anticipated.
