Invitation for Bids (ifb): contract No.: Ww 545 W (relaunch of Contract Ww 516w) - Grand Baie Sewerage Project Phase 1b - Lot 2 Completion and Commissioning of Works in Zones Cp 20, Cp 21 Including Pumping Station Ps 1a and Refurbishment of Existing Pumping Station Ps 2
The Wastewater Management Authority(WMA) is inviting bids from eligible and qualified local & international bidders through the Government E-Procurement System for the Contract WW 545W - Completion and Commissioning of Works in Zone CP 20, Zone CP 21 including Pumping Station PS 1A and Refurbishment of Existing Pumping Station PS 2 under the Grand Baie Sewerage Project Phase 1B – LOT 2(Relaunch of WW 516W) as morefully described in the bidding document.
Bidding documents may be downloaded from the E-Procurement System https://eproc.publicprocurement.govmu.org. Reference Number on the system: WMA/IFB/2025/1630.
Note:It is mandatory for prospective bidders to have a Digital Certificate (DSC) which can be procured from MAUSIGN on to be able to submit bid on the E-Procurement System.
A Pre-Bid Meeting followed by a site visit shall take place on Tuesday 16 December 2025 as detailed in the Bidding Document.
The closing date for submission of bids online on the e-Procurement System has been scheduled for Wednesday 14 January 2026 up to 13:30hrs (Mauritian Time) at latest.
Bidders who have submitted bids online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their bids on Wednesday 14 January 2026 as from 14:31hrs till Friday 16 January 2026 up to 14:00hrs (Mauritian Time).
Bidders shall submit an Original Bid Security amounting to MUR 3,500,000 at the address mentioned below on or before the deadline for submission of bids. The bids security shall be valid up to 12 June 2026.
Bids will be opened online on e-Procurement system on Friday16 January 2026 as from14.01 hrs up to 18:00hrs in the Conference Room of the Central Procurement Board at the address hereunder
