Tender announcement: R0009EBE - Framework agreement for maintenance and service of heat pumps, cooling, freezing and dehumidification systems
In order to meet the municipalitys needs for ongoing maintenance and operation of the property mass, the municipality of Bergen, through the Building and Property Agency (EBE), intends to enter into a framework agreement with two suppliers for the delivery of service, ongoing maintenance and repairs of the municipalitys overall cooling and climate technology facilities. This includes, among other things, heat pumps (air/air, air/water and liquid/water), dehumidifiers, ventilation systems (type 36.03 etc.), freezing and cooling systems, condensers for freezing and cooling systems, as well as "fan coils"/air coolers. The framework agreement shall also include the procurement and installation of new facilities within the same categories when the municipality needs this. The framework agreement shall be divided into two subcontracts: Subcontract 1 includes work in the districts Bergenhus, Årstad, Åsane and Arna (assumed to make up approx. 60% of the estimated volume). Subcontract 2 includes works in the districts of Fana, Ytrebygda, Laksevåg and Fyllingsdalen (assumed to make up approx. 40% of the estimated volume). It is specified that the distribution of volume on the two subcontracts is only an estimate, so that the real distribution may differ to a significant extent. The tenderer must make offers for both subcontracts, but only one contract is awarded per tenderer, so that it will be awarded to two different tenderers. If a tenderer delivers a tender with the highest score for both sub-contracts, this tenderer will be awarded sub-contract 1, which is assumed to receive the largest volume. The tenderer ranked second will then be awarded subcontract 2. The condition is waived if the client only receives one valid offer from one tenderer for both subcontracts, and this tenderer is qualified to handle both subcontracts.
