Procurement Plan for Procedure Ii - Provision of Forest Management Services in the Glogów Forest District in 2026
The subject of the contract is forest management services in accordance with the definition in art. 6 paragraph 1 item 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 567 – “Forest Act”), covering work in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and skidding, as well as nursery and seed production, to be performed within the Glogów Forest District in 2026. 2) The material scope of the subject of the contract includes the total quantities of work in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and skidding, as well as nursery and seed production resulting from Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ, which consists of: Appendix No. 2.1. – planned scope of works; Appendix No. 2.2.1. - detailed scope of works by groups of activities, activities and locations; Appendix No. 2.2.2. - contract value valuation for individual works estimated using the Labor Intensity Catalogue; Appendix No. 2.3.1. – characteristics of forestry in terms of timber harvesting; Appendix No. 2.3.2. – assortment system of timber harvesting in forestry; Appendix No. 2.3.3. – list of distances and conditions for timber skidding; Appendix No. 2.3.4. – list of items with additional difficulties in terms of harvesting and skidding; Appendix No. 2.3.5. – list of items not available for machine harvesting; Appendix No. 2.3.6. – information on the optimal timber harvesting technology (potential); Appendix No. 2.3.7. - information on the optimal timber harvesting variant; Appendix No. 2.4.1. – potential locations for the maintenance of forest plantations; Appendix No. 2.4.2. – list of items not available for renewals performed using a planter. 3) The material scopes listed in the appendices constituting Appendix No. 2 are estimates. 4) Quality standards relating to all significant features of the subject of the order are specified in Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ, which consists of: Appendix No. 3.1. "Description of the technology standard for performing forestry works" Appendix No. 3.2.
