Procurement Plan for "providing Forest Management Services in the Kamienna Góra Forest District in 2026."
Description : A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in the Technical Specifications (SWZ) and annexes thereto. 1) The subject of the contract is forest management services in accordance with the definition in art. 6 paragraph 1 item 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on Forests, including work in the scope of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and skidding, tourist development, meadow and agricultural management, road maintenance, nurseries and seed production, to be performed within the Kamienna Góra Forest District in 2026. 2. The material scope of the subject of the contract includes the total quantities of work in the scope of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and skidding, nurseries, seed production, road maintenance, tourist development and meadow and agricultural management resulting from Appendix No. 2, which consists of: Appendix No. 2.1. – planned scope of works; Appendix No. 2.2.1. - detailed scope of works by groups of activities, activities and locations; Appendix No. 2.2.2.- contract value valuation for individual works; Appendix No. 2.3.1.- characteristics of forestry in terms of timber harvesting; Appendix No. 2.3.2.- assortment system of timber harvesting in forestry; Appendix No. 2.3.3.- list of distances and conditions for timber skidding; Appendix No. 2.3.4.- list of items with additional difficulties in terms of harvesting and skidding; Appendix No. 2.3.5.- list of items not accessible for machine harvesting; Appendix No. 2.3.6.- information on the optimal timber harvesting technology (potential); Appendix No. 2.3.7.- information on the optimal timber harvesting variant; Appendix No. 2.4.1.- potential locations for the maintenance of forest plantations; Appendix No. 2.4.2.- list of items not accessible for renewals performed using a planter. 3) The material scopes listed in the appendices constituting Appendix No. 2 are estimates. 4) Quality standards relating to all significant features of the subject matter of the contract are specified in Appendix No. 3 to the Technical Specifications, which consist of: Appendix No. 3.1. "Description of the technology standard for performing forestry works" Appendix No. 3.2. Parameter Tables (separately for each Package) regarding the activities indicated in the "Description of the technology standard for performing forestry works" Appendix No. 3.3. "Description of the technology standard for performing nursery management works" Appendix No. 3.4. Parameter Tables regarding the activities indicated in the "Description of the technology standard for performing nursery management works" Appendix No. 3.5. "Description of the technology standard for performing meadow and agricultural management works" Appendix No. 3.6. Tables of Parameters for activities indicated in the "Description of the standard technology for performing works in the field of meadow and agricultural management" Appendix No. 3.7. "Description of the standard technology for performing works in the field of fire protection" Specified in Appendix No. 3.1.to the Technical Specifications (SWZ) and in Appendix No. 3.3 to the Technical Specifications (SWZ) the detailed description of the standard technology for performing individual forestry works (activities) constitute the basis for determining the quality requirements relating to the elements comprising the subject of the order (Appendix No. 2 to the Technical Specifications). If the activity described in the aforementioned annexes is not provided for in the description of the subject of the order (Appendix No. 2 to the Technical Specifications (SWZ), then in this respect the provisions of Appendix No. 3.1 to the Technical Specifications (SWZ) or Appendix No. 3.3 to the Technical Specifications (SWZ) do not apply. The Parameter Tables contain (separately for each Package) detailed information on the method of implementing certain activities described in Appendix No. 3.1 to the Technical Specifications (SWZ) Description of the standard technology for performing forestry works or in Appendix No. 3.3 to the Technical Specifications (SWZ) Description of the standard technology for performing nursery works, in specific conditions concerning a given Package included in the subject of the order. 5) Descriptions of the activity codes describing the individual forestry works (activities) included in the subject matter of the contract are provided in Appendix No. 3 to the Technical Specifications. 6) A description of the principles of the procedure for accepting forestry works is included in Appendix No. 3 to the Technical Specifications.
