A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract and the characteristics of the facilities are specified, among others, in the declarations of thermal power demand and applications for a comprehensive agreement, constituting Appendix No. 4 to this invitation to tender. 1.3. The Ordering Party hereby informs that following negotiations and award of the contract in the joint procedure: a) the Municipality of Naklo nad Notecia will conclude a single agreement on its own behalf and on behalf of the entities listed as other Ordering Parties in points 1-4, the subject of which will be the comprehensive
