Tender Are Invited For Manufacturing and Supply of Dust Suppression for Morupule Coal Mine – MCM-MIN-01-0030-2409-CF-0
The scope of work (SOW) for this tender includes the manufacturing, supply, and delivery of a ready-to-use
dust suppression chemical for a period of 36 months. The successful bidder must demonstrate the capability
to produce, supply, and deliver a minimum of 70,000 litres and maximum of 90,000 of ready-made dust
suppression chemical monthly. The mine has a maximum storage capacity of 90,000 litres, and the Contractor
will be responsible for managing the storage tanks on site. Compliance with ISO 14001 (Environmental
Management) and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety Management) standards is mandatory. Interested
bidders are invited to submit their proposals in accordance with the outlined specifications and requirements.
The site visit shall take place on 12 December 2025 at 08:30hours
Tender documents will be shared with the Tenderer upon receiving proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of BWP500.00 each for any of the above tenders only on or before 12 December 2025.
