Long Term Agreement: Air Conditioning System Maintenance Services at UN House Costa Rica
PART I # PURPOSE OF THIS CALL FOR PRESENTATION OF PROPOSALS
SERVICES
1. Context
1.1 UNICEF promotes the rights and well-being of all children
and the girls, in everything they do. Together with its partners, it works in 190 countries and territories
to translate that commitment into practical measures, focusing their efforts on reaching the
most vulnerable and excluded children, for the benefit of all boys and girls, throughout the world.
2. Tender
2.1 The purpose of this Call for Proposals
Services is to invite you to submit your proposals for the long-term agreement Services
Maintenance of Air Conditioning System at UN House Costa Rica, as detailed in
the Terms of Reference.
2.2 This Call for Proposals document is

· The General Terms and Conditions of Contract (Services)
from UNICEF that are attached as Annex A to this document.
· Economic Offer Template
· MDM form for supplier registration
2.3 This Call for Proposals for Services is
an invitation to negotiate and will not be construed as an offer that can be accepted or
will generate contractual, legal or restitution rights. There will be no contract
binding, including process contracts or other agreements or arrangements, between the Proposer
and UNICEF, and nothing in this Call for Proposals
Services or in connection therewith shall incur any liability on the part of UNICEF, unless
and until UNICEF and the selected Proposer have signed a contract. PART II - PROPOSAL SUBMISSION PROCESS
1. Proposal submission schedule
1.1 Acknowledgment of receipt of the Call for Submission of Proposals
Services.
Proposers are requested to inform UNICEF as soon as possible that they have received this
Call for Submission of Service Proposals by sending EMAIL, to the
following address: contactocostarica@unicef.org,
IMPORTANT: PROPOSALS SHOULD NOT BE SENT TO THE INDICATED PERSON
ABOVE - ANY PROPOSAL SENT TO THIS PERSON WILL BE DELETED.
1.2 Questions from Proponents.
Proposers should send any questions related to this Call to
submission of Service Proposals by EMAIL to the following
address: contactocostarica@unicef.org. The deadline to receive questions will expire on January 15, 2026 at 11:59 p.m.
