Open procedure:Delivery of laboratory equipment for the needs of the departments of the faculty of pharmacy and the department of medical biology at the mu-plovdiv for specific positions
The subject of the order includes the delivery of laboratory equipment - spectrophotometer, 24-position solid phase extraction system, extractor, scanning spectrophotometer, elisa washer, bürker chamber, shaker incubator with cooling, membrane vacuum pump, binocular microscope, inverted microscope with binocular photocell, electromagnetic stirrer with heating, vortex mixer, laminar box, automatic cell counter, vertical autoclave, vacuum concentrator and rotor - for the needs of the departments of the faculty of pharmacy and the department of medical biology at mu-plovdiv, all individualized by type and estimated quantity according to the technical specification.
the total estimated value of this public procurement is bgn 668,150.00 excluding vat, divided into 11 separate items op with estimated values as follows:

op no. 2 equipment for working with in-vitro analyzes - bgn 118,050 / eur 60,358.00

the above-mentioned estimated value for the respective individual position is maximum.
separate items no. 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11 will be assigned in the order of their respective individual value on the basis of art. 21, para. 6 of the zop, by direct assignment of the designated position on the basis of art. 20, para. 4, item 3 of the civil code.
the contracting authority will provide information about this part of the order after its award in the electronic file of the current order in the buyers profile.
the total estimated value of the order is bgn 668,150.00 / eur 341,619.67 without vat. after subtracting the value of individual items no. 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11, the remaining value of the order is bgn 534,950.00 / 273,515.59 without vat.
there is no limit to the number of individual positions that can be assigned to one contractor.
the place of execution of the order is the city of plovdiv, medical university - 15a vasil aprilov blvd.
the contract enters into force upon its signing. the term of the contract expires after the expiration of the warranty period of the equipment subject to delivery.
minimum warranty period of the equipment – ??12 months, starting from the date of the commissioning protocol.
