Prequalification: Mobile Money Agent & Customer Acquisition; Training; and Network Management in Angola
IFC’s Financial Institutions Group Advisory Services; in partnership with UNITEL Money Angola; seeks a vendor to deliver a comprehensive Agent & Customer Acquisition; Training; and Management program over 12 months. The selected firm will:*Recruit; activate; and support agents across Angola; including reactivating dormant outlets and resolving field issues; conduct on?site and classroom training on transactions and best practices; and ensure visits at least once every two weeks.*Drive customer registrations and activations; explore new penetration zones; promote self?service solutions; and collect customer insights to inform improvements. *Enforce branding standards; monitor cash/e?value levels; and institute corrective actions to maintain adequate liquidity; ensure strict AML/KYC compliance through training and reporting. *Deploy a secure digital field?force management platform for planning; execution; reporting; data security; access control; dashboards; and automated agent?management processes. *Provide D+1 daily reports; weekly summaries each Monday; and monthly performance reports; and attend weekly performance and monthly strategic reviews with IFC/UNITEL Money. Targets and compensation mechanisms (fixed/variable) will be finalized upon award. Vendors must demonstrate ?3 years’ experience in SSA mobile money acquisition (Angola experience advantageous); senior expertise in ecosystem development; and capacity to mobilize/supervise large field teams
