dear sir / madam,
relief international (ri) invites your submission of a financial bid in order to provide goods/services in accordance with the conditions detailed in the attached documents. ri is looking for a competent and specialized company to provide three (3) new 4x4 vehicles with accessories and one (1) fully equipped ambulance (medical supplies, complete interior setup) to port sudan – sudan.
the invitation to tender (itt) details are as follows:

the following documents must be submitted in a hard copy in a sealed envelope or through the following email address tenders.sudan@ri.org for your bid to be accepted by the tender opening committee:
the attached ri bid form (annex a) must be completed and submitted in accordance with annex c and d.
technical and financial offer
the attached tender and contract award acknowledgement certificate (annex b) must be completed and be duly signed by an authorized company representative and submitted in accordance with annex c and d.
additional documents that must be submitted with the tender package include: trade license, company registration documents and tax registration document.
supplier code of conduct must be signed, stamped and submitted with the tender package.
supplier registration form must be filled, signed, stamped and submitted with the tender package.
full package of bid documents must be submitted in a sealed envelope or through following email address tenders.sudan@ri.org the only information on the envelope should be the following:

full bid submissions must be submitted in a sealed envelope at ri port sudan office or through following email address tenders.sudan@ri.org, no later than january 14th, 2026 3:30 pm local time. failure to meet the closing date/time may result in the tender being void. returned bids must remain valid for consideration for a period of not less than 90 days from the closing date.
all clarifications and questions should be addressed to: bid.sudan@ri.org by january 6th, 2026. any questions or queries submitted by any other means except this email address will not be answered and will be considered as rejected.
this procurement is funded by the u.s. bureau for humanitarian assistance (bha). all procurement activities are subject to applicable u.s. government regulations and donor compliance requirements. therefore, the 3 4 x4 vehicles and the 1 fully equipped ambulance must comply with applicable u.s. government source and origin requirements. offers may be rejected if the origin is restricted under donor regulations.
