Provide Cleaning and Cleaning Services, Meeting Attendance and Reception Attention to UN House Costa Rica
PART I # PURPOSE OF THIS CALL FOR PRESENTATION OF PROPOSALS
SERVICES
1. Context
1.1 UNICEF promotes the rights and well-being of all children
and the girls, in everything they do. Together with its partners, it works in 190 countries and territories to translate that commitment into practical action, focusing its efforts on reaching the most vulnerable and excluded children, for the benefit of all children, everywhere.
2. Tender
2.1 The purpose of this Call for Proposals
Services is to invite you to submit your proposals for the long-term agreement to Provide Housekeeping and Cleaning Services, Meeting Services and Reception Services of UN House Costa Rica, as detailed in the Terms of Reference.
2.2 This Call for Proposals document is

· The General Terms and Conditions of Contract (Services)
from UNICEF that are attached as Annex A to this document.
· MDM form for supplier registration
2.3 This Call for Proposals for Services is
an invitation to negotiate and will not be construed as an offer that can be accepted nor will it give rise to contractual, legal or restitution rights. There will be no contract
binding, including process contracts or other agreements or arrangements, between the Proposer and UNICEF, and nothing in this Call for Proposals
Services or in connection therewith shall incur no liability on the part of UNICEF, unless and until a contract has been signed between UNICEF and the selected Proposer.

1. Proposal submission schedule
1.1 Acknowledgment of receipt of the Call for Submission of Proposals
Services.
Proposers are requested to inform UNICEF as soon as possible that they have received this Call for Proposals for Services by sending EMAIL to the following address: contactocostarica@unicef.org,1.2 Questions from Proposers.
Proposers should send any questions related to this Call for Proposals for Services by EMAIL to the following address: contactocostarica@unicef.org. The deadline to receive questions will expire on January 20, 2026 at 11:59 p.m.
