Tenders are invited for Provision of catering services for the needs of the ministry of labor, social affairs and family of the slovak republic through electronic meal cards
The subject of the contract is to ensure the provision of catering for employees of the Ministry of Labor, Social Affairs and Family of the Slovak Republic (hereinafter referred to as MLSAF SR) and selected organizations under its founding authority (hereinafter referred to as OZP) through electronic meal vouchers assigned to the respective electronic meal cards (hereinafter referred to as EMK) of individual employees with contractual partners of the provider, who are authorized to provide catering services and with whom the provider has a valid contractual relationship in accordance with the currently applicable provisions of Act No. 311/2001 Coll. Labor Code as amended (hereinafter referred to as Labor Code) for a period of 48 months from the date of entry into force of the framework agreement. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is provided in Annex No. 10 of these tender documents.
