Tenders are invited for Provision of consulting and auditing services
The subject of the contract is the provision of expert consulting services in the field of auditing, strengthening professional administrative capacities in public administration, preparing audit reports, verification, control, assessment, and preparation of studies depending on the needs of the public contracting authority. The provider of expert consulting services must possess the necessary knowledge, professional expertise, and practical experience, and must also have the ability to assess the situation within the relevant market segment, specifically in the field of auditing. The subject of the contract further includes expert consulting services consisting of processing analyses, providing auditing, consulting, and advisory services, preparing, verifying, controlling, assessing methodological materials and studies, expert opinions, representing the client in the position of an expert at meetings with third parties, and providing other auditing and related services. The description of the scope of required services is provided in the relevant Annex No. 1 of the tender documents for this public procurement. The public contracting authority also provides a description of the expected basic activities that will be delivered by the service provider, including types and specifications of individual outputs. A detailed specification of the required services will be included in the call for proposals within the individual partial contracts awarded by the public contracting authority.
