Tenders Are Invited for Request for Proposal (rfp): Trade and Development Fund (tdf) Programme Management System
The selected vendor will be required to:
• Deliver a comprehensive solution that fulfills all functional and non-functional requirements
outlined below.
• Implement the system, including data migration and seamless integration with existing
workflows and systems where necessary.
• Provide training, detailed documentation, and ongoing support to ensure successful adoption
and continuous improvement.
• Deliver the solution within the agreed initial budget, ensuring cost -effectiveness.
Functional Requirements
• End-to-end programme and project lifecycle management, covering initiation, design,
planning, implementation, monitoring & evaluation, financial tracking, reporting, stakeholder
communication, and closure.
• Advanced multi-layered approval workflows to streamline decision-making.
• Multi-entity segregation to prevent data overlap and enable independent management and
reporting.
• Secure collaboration with internal and external stakeholders (funders, partners,
beneficiaries), including document submission capabilities.
• Role-based access control for both internal and external users to ensure appropriate
All proposals must be submitted by 20th February, 5PM (EAT). Submissions must include two separate
documents: one containing the Technical Proposal and the other containing the Financial Proposal.
Each document must be clearly labeled as either "Technical Proposal" or "Financial Proposal" to
