Tenders Are Invited for Public Call for the Selection of a Contractor for Training, Additional Training, and Knowledge Testing for Independent Experts for the Preparation of Energy Certificates for a Period of Five Years (uei-26) the Subject of the Call is the Selection of Up to Three Providers of Training, Additional Training, and Knowledge Testing for Independent Experts for the Preparation of Energy Performance Certificates for a Period of Five Years in Accordance with Article 44 of the Energy Efficiency Act - Zure (official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 158/2020). the Selected Provider Will Be Authorized to Conduct Training, Additional Training, and Knowledge Testing for Independent Experts for Issuing Energy Performance Certificates for a Period of Five Years From the Date of Signing the Contract.
legal Entities of Private Or Public Law with a Registered Office Or Branch in the Republic of Slovenia May Apply for the Call. in Accordance with Article 44 of the Energy Efficiency Act - Zure (official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 158/2020), the Conditions Relate To:
- the Qualifications of Lecturers and Other Pedagogical Staff Engaged By This Organization;
- the Staff Necessary for Successful Training and Other Related Tasks (accepting Applications, Maintaining Necessary Records, Etc.);
- the Equipment and Premises Necessary for Training and Other Related Tasks.
other Conditions for Participation That Applicants Must Meet Are Specified in the Call Documentation.
the Minister Responsible for Energy Will Decide on the Granting of Authorization with a Decision. There is No Appeal Against the Decision, But An Administrative Dispute is Possible.
