Tenders are invited for Object planning for buildings and interiors
The city of haselünne intends to build a new fire station with 9 fire bays at the access road between b213 and andruper straße. the plot for the construction of the fire station in haselünne will be provided by the city of haselünne. the development plan for the new location is to be approved in march 2026.
the design and approval planning will be carried out by the planning and construction department of the city of haselünne.
the new building includes, among other things, the following areas:
• vehicle hall
parking spaces for emergency vehicles with sufficient movement and safety areas as well as direct access to the functional rooms.
• functional and social rooms
changing rooms (black-white separation), sanitary areas, showers, as well as break and standby rooms for the emergency personnel.
• operations and administrative areas
operations center, radio and meeting rooms, offices for executives and administration.
• training and educational rooms
training and multipurpose rooms for education, exercises, and meetings.
• technical and storage rooms
workshops, storage areas for equipment, materials, and personal protective equipment.
building technology:
• the building technology should meet current energy requirements.
• use of renewable energies (e.g., photovoltaics)
• durable and low-maintenance materials
• economic operation over the entire life cycle
emergency power supply:
• the technology in the building is to be planned including an emergency power supply as a full supply, e.g., via a mobile emergency generator.
