Tenders are invited for 4/26 - Delivery and assembly of medical equipment and apparatus for the Cardiology Department and the Heart Electrophysiology and Electrotherapy Laboratory of the Provincial Hospital in Bielsko-Biala. The subject of the order is the delivery and assembly of medical equipment and apparatus for the cardiology department and the electrophysiology and electrotherapy laboratory of the provincial hospital in Bielsko-Biala, Armii Krajowej 101, 43-316 Bielsko-Biala, as part of the task: "development and modernization of the infrastructure of the provincial hospital in Bielsko-Biala through the purchase of medical equipment and apparatus for the cardiology department" implemented under the national recovery and resilience plan - component D "efficiency, accessibility, and quality of the health care system", investment D1.1.1 "development and modernization of the infrastructure of high-specialty care centers and other medical entities", including: 1) delivery and assembly of an X-ray machine with a C-arm for the electrophysiology and electrotherapy laboratory - part 1; 2) delivery and assembly of an echocardiograph with two transesophageal 3D probes and a transthoracic probe for the cardiology department - part 2; 3) delivery and assembly of an echocardiograph with a transesophageal probe with an option for intracardiac echo for the electrophysiology and electrotherapy laboratory - part 3; 4) delivery and assembly of a portable ultrasound for the cardiology department - part 4; 5) delivery and assembly of hemodynamic monitoring devices for the cardiology department - part 5; 6) delivery and assembly of a patient monitoring system for the cardiology department - part 6; 7) delivery and assembly of intensive care beds with equipment for the cardiology department - part 7; 8) delivery and assembly of bariatric beds with equipment for the cardiology department - part 8; 9) delivery and assembly of electric beds with equipment for the cardiology department - part 9; 10) delivery and assembly of cardiomonitors for the cardiology department - part 10; 11) delivery and assembly of defibrillators for the cardiology department - part 11; 12) delivery and assembly of a stress test with a treadmill and software for spiroergometry for the cardiology department - part 12; 13) delivery and assembly of an anesthesia machine for the electrophysiology and electrotherapy laboratory - part 13; 14) delivery and assembly of transport ventilators for the cardiology department - part 14; 15) delivery and assembly of ECG machines for the cardiology department - part 15; 16) delivery and assembly of a washer-disinfector for the cardiology department - part 16; 17) delivery and assembly of a chair scale for the cardiology department - part 17; 18) delivery and assembly of pacemakers for the cardiology department - part 18; 19) delivery and assembly of couches for the cardiology department - part 19; 20) delivery and assembly of a stretcher for transporting patients in a lying position for the cardiology department - part 20; 21) delivery and assembly of stretchers for transporting patients in a sitting position for the cardiology department - part 21; 22) delivery and assembly of infusion pumps for the cardiology department - part 22; 23) delivery and assembly of electric suction devices for the cardiology department - part 23; 24) delivery and assembly of stationary vacuum suction devices for the cardiology department - part 24; 25) delivery and assembly of a rapid diagnostic monitor for the cardiology department - part 25; 26) delivery and assembly of a resuscitation cart for the cardiology department - part 26; 27) delivery and assembly of anesthesiology carts for the cardiology department - part 27; 28) delivery and assembly of procedure tables for the cardiology department - part 28; 29) delivery and assembly of tables for medical apparatus for the cardiology department - part 29; 30) delivery and assembly of procedure carts for the cardiology department - part 30; 31) delivery and assembly of an ultrasound machine for the cardiology department - part 31; 32) delivery and assembly of diathermy for the electrophysiology and electrotherapy laboratory - part 32; 33) delivery and assembly of a mobile X-ray machine for the cardiology department - part 33; 34) delivery and assembly of an operating table for the electrophysiology and electrotherapy laboratory - part 34; 35) delivery and assembly of Holters for the cardiology department - part 35; 36) delivery and assembly of a conveyor for the cardiology department - part 36; 37) delivery and assembly of a washer-disinfector for the cardiology department - part 37; 38) delivery and assembly of a washer for transesophageal probes for the cardiology department - part 38; 39) delivery and assembly of medical bridges for the cardiology department - part 39; in the types specified in Annex 2 to the specification of the terms of the order, hereinafter referred to as "SWZ", meeting the quality parameters specified in Annex 2 to the SWZ and under the conditions specified in the draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex 4 to the SWZ. 2. The delivery of the subject of the order, including transport, unloading, and installation, will be at the cost and risk of the contractor. 3. The subject of the order is co-financed under the national recovery and resilience plan - component D "efficiency, accessibility, and quality of the health care system" investment D1.1.1 "development and modernization of the infrastructure of high-specialty care centers and other medical entities."
