Tenders are invited for The renovation and expansion of the tammela school building 2 and the sara hildén academy
The Tammela brick school (building 2) is located in the Tammela district at Ilmarinkatu 17, 33500 Tampere. According to the approved zoning plan, the southern end of the protected building will be renovated, and the northern parts will be replaced with new construction. The project will pilot the reuse of building products in accordance with the zoning regulations and the circular economy guidelines of the city of Tampere. The contract type is a divided contract. The contractor for construction technical works acts as the main contractor and the principal executor as defined by law, responsible for site management obligations. The contracts for plumbing, ventilation, electrical, and building automation works will be executed as subcontracted works under the main contract. Demolition works are included in the main contract.
