Tenders Are Invited for Invitation to Bid for Chinese Rice
Following the signing of the Exchange of Notes (E/N) between the Governments of
the Republic of Liberia and the People's Republic of China for the Chinese Food Aid
2025, the Chinese government has donated a consignment of rice as a Grant
Commodity for monetization in support of Liberia's socio-economic development
programs through the Ministry of Commerce and Industry.
2. The Ministry of Commerce and Industry now invites sealed Bids/proposals for the
SALE/DISTRIBUTION OF THE CHINESE FOOD AID 2025 DONATED RICE.
3. Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) process as
enshrined in the Public Procurement and Concessions Act. (PPCC).
