Tenders are invited for Contact center service to support the institutional activities entrusted to the gse
Please refer to the document titled "g01188 - service summary" available from the clients profile www.gse.it in the tenders section. It is noted that, since the services requested in lots I and II fall under high labor intensity services, the so-called "social clause" applies, as established by Article 57 of Legislative Decree No. 36/2023. Therefore, to protect the employment level of the personnel employed, the agreement signed on November 11, 2025, between the unions of companies providing telecommunications services, and in particular, the special regulations for employees of CRM/BPO companies, applies, regardless of the collective labor agreement of the incoming contractor, which means that the two incoming contractors, in the execution of the services, must ensure the employment continuity of the personnel employed by the outgoing contractor. The competitors will be obliged to declare this commitment when participating in the tender and as a condition of participation, under penalty of non-acceptance of the offer.
