Expression of Interest:5. the objective of this assignment is to provide targeted gender equality, disability, and social inclusion (gedsi) support to the pmu of mpwt for the effective implementation of the gender assessment action plan (gaap) of the program under output 2. a national gender and inclusion specialist will be engaged to enhance the pmu institutional mechanisms and capacities for gedsi integration. will be recruited to deliver the tasks specified in section d.
The specialist will be initially engaged for 36 months across tranche 1 and will be based at the pmu office of mpwt. the extension of the specialist’s contract shall be subject to satisfactory performance and mutual agreement by both parties. the specialist will work in close coordination with the program design and implementation assistance consultant (pdiac) team and liaise with relevant departments within mpwt. the specialist will report directly to the program director and program manager of the pmu.
