Tenders Are Invited for Extension Work at the Abéché National Higher Institute of Science and Technology (insta)
INTERNATIONAL INVITATION TO TENDER No. 001/MESRSFP/INSTA/PE-INSTA/2026 for the extension works of the National Higher Institute of Sciences and Techniques of Abéché (INSTA)
1 – Object
The Ministry of Higher Education, Scientific Research and Vocational Training is launching, on behalf of the National Higher Institute of Sciences and Techniques of Abéché (INSTA), an open international call for tenders for the extension works of INSTA in Abéché, Ouaddaï Province in Eastern Chad.

The works, consisting of a single lot, include the following structures:

3 – Participation and origin
The Invitation to Tender is open to all bidders meeting the eligibility criteria defined in the International Invitation to Tender (ITA).
4 – Financing
The works are financed by the Arab Bank for Economic Development in Africa (BADEA) and the Fund For International Development (OPEC Fund).
5 – Review of the Tender Documents
Upon publication of this Notice, the DAOI can be consulted during working hours from February 17, 2026 at the Project Implementation Unit.
6 – Acquisition of the Tender Documents
The complete dossier, prepared in French, can be obtained from the INSTA Extension Project Implementation Unit, located at the National Research and Development Center (CNRD), BP 6077 N'Djamena, – Republic of Chad.

The acquisition is conditional upon the presentation of the original receipt for payment or transfer of a non-refundable sum of one million (1,000,000) CFA francs , payable to account No. 6000 0002 37102504301 57 (PROJECT ACCOUNT OF PE.INSTA-GOUV) opened at Commercial Bank Chad.
7 – Presentation of offers and submission
The bidder shall prepare its offer in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and in five (5) copies, including one (1) original and four (4) clearly marked "ORIGINAL" and "COPY ". In case of discrepancy, the original shall prevail. The financial offer must include a digital version in a sealed envelope.
