Tenders are invited for Market no. 2026ao04001300
The consultation is launched in the form of an open call for tenders in accordance with articles R. 2124-1 and -2, R. 2131-16 and -17, R. 2161-1 to -5, R. 2162-1 to -6 and R. 2162-13 and -14 of the public procurement code. The face value of a restaurant voucher in the form of a smart card or dematerialized is set at 8 euros. The number of agents concerned is approximately 1,200. The framework agreement with purchase orders is concluded for a duration of one (1) year from its notification date, tacitly renewable three (3) times for a period of one year, without its total duration exceeding four (4) years. The framework agreement is concluded with a minimum annual amount of 500,000 euros excluding tax and a maximum annual amount of 2,100,000 euros excluding tax. No negotiation is planned within the framework of this procedure.
