Tenders are invited for Delivery of medicinal products for the needs of the complex oncology center vratsa eood
The subject of the dynamic purchasing system (DPS) is the delivery of various types of medicinal products for the needs of the Complex Oncology Center - Vratsa EOOD (KOC-Vratsa). The types of medicinal products are detailed in the technical specification - Annex No. 1 (requirements for medicinal form, active substance, unit of measure, and estimated quantity). The types of medicinal products and the estimated quantities specified in the technical specification may be changed depending on the specific needs of the contracting authority when awarding each specific public procurement, within the framework of the established dynamic purchasing system, for the duration of its validity. The duration of the DPS is 27 (twenty-seven) months and begins to run from the date of announcement of the procedure in the CAIS system. The individual contracts under the DPS are concluded for a maximum period of up to 24 (twenty-four) months from the date of their signing, unless a renewal for an additional 3 months is applicable.
